Hi,

I and Joethibs have also been experiencing unresponsiveness from Quinto lately, trying to get Roundtone and Grasso licenses transferred. Before that I had major unresponsiveness from Quinto on another (related) issue. I hope he sees this and gets us straightened out, I love his plugins but this kind of treatment is rather offputting.

Yeah. Same problem for me ever since the user area went online. Let's hope it gets sorted out this time.

The couple times I've contacted him he has been extremely responsive.

Hopefully he's finally finalizing Strip v3 now.

Well ... despite reassurances, 2 days later I am still not able to download my plugins. It's all very well Quinto blaming TrackSpark for the number of emails being received atm, but I have been emailing him about this for more than 6 months now ... long before the TrackSpark offer popped up. The reply from him on the first page of this thread is the only response I have received so far, and that only came about because Numanoid was kind enough to email him on my behalf. All I have been asking is when will the two missing plugins (Cuttertone & Roundtone) be added to my user area so I can download the 64 bit versions. Neither the 64bit or 32bit versions are currently available to me.

No e-mail links or addition to my user area for Grasso or Roundtone.

I'm about to give up on SKnote, I know Quinto got at least some of my e-mails because he responded to them, but he still hasn't done right by Joethibs and me, which makes me want to just forget about this developer and move on.

Unless this is taken care of quickly I'll be very hesitant about buying further SKnote products.

Every time i look in to buying from SKnote i do a quick search to see if their support has gotten any better, every time same old story and i never end up buying, such a strange company.

SKNote Contact?
