hmm, i haven't dived into that.
in the current version we have VpC (voice per channel) which is also very useful for multi dimensional controllers.

Here is a little Phonem-Trio jam, using 3 slightly modified copies of the same preset, making use of the Modwheel to control phonem position and velocity to modulate other things:

We will release a major update soon (currently in beta-test).
In Phonem 1.0.1 you don't have to care about saving anymore.
The presets and the resources are stored completely by the DAW.
You still can organize your favourite resources in your user folders, but don't have to.
See the video:

You've got to hand it to Simon:) His work on this is a testament to his skills as a sound manipulater. To me the Phonem in it's basic state with the original factory presets is rather meh! But what Simon has done really shows the things capabilities. Great job!

Thank's for the flowers, Phonem is an instrument that got me thrilled immediately, it doesn't happen often nowadays, but when it does, I just can't stop and Wolfgang's inventions are indeed special and inspiring!

To me the factory presets are modernized Krautrock, the Phonemklatura stuff is great experimental weirdness, but I think there are lots of other things Phonem is great for. As a very powerful and expressive alternative to the currently trendy chooped vocals, for example.
