CC ---> Macro

I need to control a macro (on a device) with CC midi data (from the track input)

If I were to observe CC data of the track and forward it to a macro on a device, would it be sample accurate?
I know it's possible, but I'm clueless to the timing of events that happen in the Bitwig API environment.
I don't want to set it up and have incorrect timing. Does anyone have any info on this?
