They announced a sale, but I have nothing on the website. Just access to the workstation. Anyone else?

Works fine for me (southern U.S.)

I see several deals in the slideshow on their home page. There's a $30 voucher good on purchases of $99 or more (I think — weird font). Vintage Legends is $129 instead of $349, and you can use the voucher to make it $99 total. Beathawk and expansions are 50% off.

[eta] Southeastern US here. The voucher code is HOLIDAYS, but don't tell anyone.

I have been experiencing the same problem all day long; the site is not completely reachable. (North-eastern U.S.A.)

The store URL displays the following error message:

Still broken here. The site is fine until you log in then most of it disappears.

This happened to me yesterday with mac Chrome, but it worked fine with Mac Safari. Working fine on both for me now.
I did email support about it.

The answer is to delete cookies. Geez. This is the second site in two weeks that I have to delete cookies with to get it to work. Something has changed somewhere....

The http://www.uvi.net web site probably updated some javascript that is reading the cookies; the old cookie values previously saved by our browsers (I am using Chrome) may be crashing the new script.

EDIT: I see no javascript errors in the javascript console, so the logic on the web site is not crashing. The problem appears to manifest itself after a user has successfully logged in. After clearing the cookies, you can explore the website all you want until you log in. My guess is that after we login, a cookie is saved by our browsers, that logs us back in automatically. Ugh. This makes it nearly impossible to purchase anything or register serial numbers purchased from another reseller.

The UVI folks are probably already aware of the problem and working on it, but I've emailed their support with a link to this thread. Hope everything gets straightened out soonest.

UPDATE: I was able to register a UVI product serial number with ilok ID after I logged in at the following URL: http://www.uvi.net/en/register?module=uvi

I was also able to download the RAR'd UFS file. So that is good news, anyway.

No issues here (Los Angeles). But the site looks newly made over for their sale, so you may want to check it in the morning (or try another browser). Cheers :)

Please contact our support if this is still not working for you.
AFAIK this is related to a bug in prestashop that happened with some users.

Thanks !
