Hi,
For some reason --INIT-- is missing for User folder in Presets. I am using Hive 1.1 on Mac.
Tried to reinstall but no luck.
Can anyone please upload it?
Thanks,
Kind Regards,
Bill.

If you open it and don't do anything else but rightclick on the save button, you should see "Initialise".

Hmmm, dunno about the right-click on save...
Anyhow, I've attached a .zip with the init preset.

That's what I see when I open it, I don't see a specific init preset but I assumed the rightclick enables one to be saved based on the opening state?

Hi,
Right click on save doesn't work for me, and hive is opening with another preset, not the init!
Thanks Urs for the preset!

Hey Nimrod7, don't know if you resolved your problem but I had the same issue and made a thread about it here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=452380
zvenx's pictures are extremely helpful towards fixing this process

[2020 EDIT: THIS INFO FROM 2015 IS OUTDATED. Instead, right-click on the data display and select "init"]
The folder "00 User" should 1) exist and 2) contain the preset "-- INIT --". Doesn't it?
Note: Mac owners have another "User " folder at the bottom of the list. That one should be initially empty.
Quoting page 8 of the manual:
"00 to 12
The folder 00 User is where you will find the default (initialization) preset --INIT-- and is the best place to save your own creations. Tip: Just in case you overwrite that one by mistake, there’s another copy of --INIT-- in the Treasure Trove."

Thanks Shonoob and Howard.
I have the --INIT-- from Urs and that resolved my issue, but with your tips I will be able to have Hive load init on new instances!
Thanks a million,
Kind Regards,
Bill.

You don't need it anymore. Right-click on the data display, select "init"DreamTrance wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2020 10:44 pmI have started learning how to use Hive and i needed this patch. Thank you so much.Urs wrote: Fri Dec 25, 2015 3:17 pm Hmmm, dunno about the right-click on save...
