Well, it happens here, no matter what browser I use and if I clear cache or not.
Clearing cookies doesn't do anything either.
I see the same mostly empty view that others posted already.
I won't contact support (UVI support never worked for me) but hope you guys can figure out a solution instead.
Cheers,
Tom

And just HOW do we do that when we can not get to the website?

I cleared cookies so the site wouldn't be broken and then went to http://www.uvi.net/contact-support and went through the support form.
Alternatively, you could email them directly at customersupport@uvi.net.

I still don't get what this is about. Is their website database broken or was it hacked?
Why do individual users have to contact support to be able to see the website?
As for support: The times I tried to reach them I never got their answers. Only weeks later in one case I got a kind of automatic reminder that inquired if my problem was solved. Attached was a (not helpful) support answer that never went through to me. A while later, after still not getting any direct answers I got a request to rate my support experience which again included a (not helpful) reply from support that I never got. And no the mails did not go to the spam folder.
So I completely gave up on UVI support and basically just lurk on the relevant threads here to gather information from otristan etc. and otherwise hack through on my own.
I think there is a huge potential for UVI in the community and contact to the outside realm.
Cheers,
Tom

Until this problem is fixed for all of us, the following may work for you in the mean time:EvilDragon wrote:Yeah, I can't access any downloads or my account either.
