Tracktion Software

I recently downloaded tracktion 4 and the program will not register. When the box pops up telling me to unlock it I type in my username and password, hit register and then the box just disappears and nothing happens. I have run the program as an administrator, and even tried turning my firewall off. Anyone know what is up?

When trying to unlock I'm getting "T402 An authorisation error has occurred. That is not a valid password." (FYI username is martin at martinfay dot com). I've tried changing my account password, which has not made any difference.

Same thing but with T5 (( . I am totally new user, just got it yesterday evening( with freshly bought Audio Interface ), but unable to authenticate or made the offline activation.

The same this is happening to me! Registered my product last night, downloaded the software, and tried to upgrade to T5, and I receive the same T402 error. Hoping this will get fixed, after I emailed the support team last night.

UPDATE: I tried to upgrade again just now, and it went through! Hoping the problem is resolved for everyone else! Cheers!
