First, Patchwork is just amazing!
I personally use it to build a gigantic multi-crossing-DAW personal bank of presets for all of my sound design works.
I love it so much that one my biggest fear in my LIFE (my life is pretty peaceful as you can see ^^) is that, one day, you stop to work on it.
So I think the best update you could do will be the ability to reorder plugin by drag and dropping plugins on the fly.
The creative approach will be so improved with this kind of workflow!
Secondly, right now it's very confusing to use automation with the "control_n" name in the DAW.
And we can't even see the name of the parameter itself in the GUI of patchwork (only when we scroll above it).
So please, could you add the possibility to rename the map parameter. And I don't know if the DAWs themselves limit the process but the ability to see the renamed mapped parameter in the automation list of our DAW will be very very handy!
Finally, the ability to toggle hide/show all the plugins GUI in once could save a lot of time too. A shortcut will be perfect but a tiny button will still very cool.
Again for the workflow of expose all the GUI in a second or third monitor and show or hide all of them in second will be a wonderful improvement!

Glad to hear that you like the plug-in! Don't worry, it's also something we use internally to build tons of presets and special routings so there is no chance we stop working on it! 
Drag and drop is indeed planned - would make reordering much faster than copy/paste.
For parameter names, unfortunately many DAWs will not let you rename the parameters, that's why it has not been done yet. But we could indeed add it to the user interface.
Show/Hide all GUIs with a single button is also an idea we had in mind. Just need to find a place to add the button.

And about the parameter names, I use Reaper and you just make me discover the rename parameter function in it! So my request is almost already fixed!
