I added a section about how to add Run.cmd to the Windows 8/10 start menu (with the Bitwig icon) to the installation instructions on the Wiki:

Excellent work on the graphics side Moss, Push 2 and bitwig is much slicker to use now (very cool).
When using the "Add Device" button to add a vst effect I can't seem to add a new effect instead it just tries to replace an existing one. Also after selecting a vst in the browser I can't seem to confirm it from the hardware. I'm I missing something?
This one is more of a change/feature request. If you don't have any plans for the "Convert" button I propose using this to access the View section that is currently activated using a long press of the "Master" button. The "Convert" button would be easier to use as it is larger and faster as there would be no wait before entering the screen. Alternatively using the "Layout" button to access this menu would also make logical sense.
Thank you for all your hard work on this project it is appreciated!

WOW nice... When in device mode and the buttons next to ON/OFF device are now device, fixed, direct
and expand,macro,parameters!
Edit: And this!!!!!: Improved: Button redrawing on track change (removed flickering)
@teotigraphix.
I dont know if i should ask it, because i know it make you pull out your hair maybe.
But if NI studio gave more insight or info about the things you asked, you can alter it to the studio?
sorry for being offtopic here.

No, see my reply to the "Is Maschine Forgotten" post in this forum. Basically being nice, Bitwig just left me out to dry with any communication about it. I think that was 6 months ago. It's not a priority for them so the hundreds of hours I put into the script amounted to jack for me and using My Studio with Bitwig like others use the Push.codec17 wrote:WOW nice... Just like that post infers, I look like a flake that doesn't finish stuff but, oh well that is life.

Sorry to hear that. Why would they leave you out to dry, when you're helping out their community? Well i'm glad you said that, honestly I thought you just quit. But that is evidently not the caseTeotiGraphix wrote: No, see my reply to the "Is Maschine Forgotten" post in this forum. The new years edition 7.10 is online!
As usual get it from: http://www.mossgrabers.de/Software/Bitwig/Bitwig.html
Changes:
Push 1/2:
- New: Implemented Volume, Pan and Sends modes for the layers view.
* Push 1: Use **Select+Volume/Pan/Track** buttons to activate. For Sendmodes press **Pan** multiple times.
* Push 2: Use the menu buttons above the display to activate.
- Improved: If no device is selected the primary device of the current channel (if any) is used. This prevents that you have to manually select a device with the mouse.
- Improved: Deactivated **Add Effect** button since the function is currently not working and just confused users (requires API fix)
Push 2:
- Improved: Deactivated LED on unused buttons Convert and Setup
- Fixed: Script did crash when non-ASCII characters were used in names
- Fixed: In Track view soloing the selected track also soloed the mastertrack
- Fixed: Sends were not displayed in Track View for the last channel when tracks were less than 8
- Fixed: Menu for long press Mute/Solo was not displayed in Sendviews
