keyboard shortcuts with special characters

I'm french and I use a french azerty keyboard.
I can't use some button of my keyboard because they use special characters like accented characters (and others). It must be good in a future version to use them.

If you are using windows go to control panel Under Clock, Language and Region you will see
Add a language then click the Options next to your Language add an input çhoose English International then click Save
