Native Instruments GUIs no longer load in Tracktion

I updated my Komplete plugins the other day and now none of the plugin GUIs load in Tracktion, nor do they make any sound. I just see a tiny black box with the plugin name. Has anyone else come across this issue and know how to fix it? I re-scanned my plugins folder but that didn't improve things.

Are you scanning the right folder? This sort of thing usually happens if a plugin has moved. Try clicking on 'scanning and sorting..' in the settings/plugins page - select remove and plugins whose files no longer exist') - do they still show? Then check your plugin path to see if the plugins are present in that folder and try dragging a couple onto the plugin window to scan them in manually. Then see if they load.

I hadn't moved any plugins, but tried deleting the list from Tracktion and rescanning the same directories for VSTs. That worked. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I rescanned for new/changed plugins, to no avail. Ultimately I was able to "solve" the problem by uninstalling the offending plugins and reinstalling them from the CD. Sure does make me hesitant to update to anything recent though...
