I guess Sound Author didn't want to push this on the u-he forum,
but i think you guys should know about
this nice, inspiring and creative soundset:

I found the thread only on soundware forum:

Just purchased .
( rule #1 : if joseph recommend it, then it is a no-brainer )

Hi Josef, it sounds great but with one, for me huge limitation, which he is aware of, and I think you indirectly mentioned it.
If these were addressed, I surely would pay good money for this otherwise fantastic bank.

Thanks so much for all your kind words, guys. I'm thinking of extending the free or "pay what you want" availability until these patches are optimized for live performance. I know it's a huge setback for live players so I will rectify this ASAP. If anyone has generously donated full price on Gumroad, please PM me your email address and I will make sure you get the updated patches for free :)

Fantastic. Once this has been done I think this will certainly be among my favourite zebra banks...
And if this is just you getting started.... :-)

Sound Author (and hollo),
Thank you for the opportunity to try your Zebra patches. I haven't tried them quite yet (I just downloaded them a minute ago), though the mp3 demo sounds good.

PLEASE DON'T DONATE FULL PRICE

I have to backtrack to compile email addresses for people who've donated the full price so I can manually email them the updated presets. As I said, if you've donated full price, send me a PM and I will save your email address to a mailing list so I can send you the new patches for free when they're done. But please, please do not donate full price. I appreciate your donations, really, but just a few bucks is fine.

This is my fault. I should've made these assignments before publishing the library. Just download the free patches and have fun with them until the updated patches are published. Think of these as a "demo" set :tu:

Sound Author,
I have only tried the first 20 patches, and I have to say I am impressed so far!

Thanks Aaron! I've ordered a used Akai MPK 25, which should arrive very soon, that will help me optimize these patches for live performance...

Sound Author,
I think it is your only lead patch (I liked it in original form): in ZebraHZ I added sustain, added a Diva type Uhbie filter, some Zebra distortion, some stereo delay (and other tweaks). I came up with a sound that I was rather happy with: it reminded me of a cross between a Mini Moog, Prophet 5, and Dennis DeYoung's (Styx) 4 voice Oberheim. I'm using it on a tune I'm working on. :)
