I did the survey but I probably won't end up using the voucher - I don't have a huge issue with that as I like u-he and their products.

The reason for this is VAT - if I ordered Diva from Jrrshop I pay no VAT - I can't use the voucher, but the VAT costs more than the voucher so why would I use it? Now as far as I know this is entirely legal, but it does seem to be a ridiculous situation for a business in the EU.

The only VAT free items from U-He appear to be ACE and the Dark Zebra - but I assume as a sound set I can't get the Dark Zebra so any thought on ACE when I have Bazille and Reaktor?

Yes, that was the intended result.
Not "if you do, is it either A or B - yes or no" but "if you do, is it one of A or B - yes or no".
Needs re-wording.

Well, that's real problem. There might be no new software from U-he before 01/31 and I have everything I wanted...

The Dark Zebra falls under soundsets. But if you have every u-he plug-in, you can contact support and swap your coupon for one that works on TDZ

I filled in the support form on the website yesterday regarding this and just received a coupon code via email - I can't use the code for Dark Zebra though .... are these 'special coupons' still in the queue to be sent out ?
