FR: Dry/Wet Control in MAmp

Hi Vojtech,

I like MAmp e.g. for simply adding "bass fuzz" using a parallel chain. To speed things up a dry/wet control would be nice. Ok, I could fire up MMultibandDistortion and do something similar there, but I love this little plugin, it's easy and straight forward.

So if you are bored during the holidays, hack a little dry/wet control
