Why is this happening? What audio setup do you usually use to minimize crashing of your MuLab project? Does using Asio counts?

Which platform / OS version? Which MuLab version? Are you using VST plugins? What are the crash report details especially the crash module and crash code offset?

I'm using Windows 8 64bit and using MuLab 6 on 32bit coz some of my vst's are available only on 32bit ver. And I'm only having a problem when I use a Cales by codefn42 vst inside MuLab 6

Then it seems to be a problem with that VST. Best to send a detailed crash report to the developer of that plugin.

I just tried both versions 32 bit and 64 and they work fine here, maybe the vst synth is causing the crash cos it doesnt like Cales and if you have ASIO then use that.
