What's strange? Just use the email, not messages in 1.000.000 forums! ;)

I've been heavily overloaded in December (because a wrong choice with an initiative, that meant managing about 100 emails/day) so I was slow with emails or I could have missed some. But everything is usually managed.

Also a lot of requests in forums just remain open after they are actually closed.

If you are thinking of Amazon, though, just avoid SKnote, that's not what it is meant to be, ah ah! :D

I have never messaged you on any forum, and never even mention SKNote on forums, besides an SKNote thread like this, and lets be fair, if you want any proof of your response time, I posted my message over two weeks ago, you replied today hahaha
Stop blaming everybody else for your poor customer management and grow up, you have a good reputation for product and terrible reputation for support, ever think it is time to hire somebody for support who knows what they are doing ?

Well, peace, I just meant we're not going to become a super-company with ten persons dealing with emails.
that's not happening, so I can be overhelmed, sometimes.

I don't blame anybody, my friend ;)

And actually there's quite a good amount of happy customers!
