Hi guys..

I am spending more time with racks and have a question...If I want to add more inputs and outputs in a rack how can I set one of the two new inputs as a left input and the other as a right input?

I am trying to do the same thing with adding outputs as well inside a rack.

It appears that you can only create new inputs/outputs and rename them left or right but does that not create two mono inputs and two mono outputs?

How do you add stereo inputs and outputs to a rack or do you just rename any pair of new inputs and outputs left and right to get a new set of stereo inputs and outputs?
:help:

One left input and one right input IS a stereo input. Stereo is two mono channels.

If you then add a Tracktion EQ to the rack there are 2 inputs on it, a left and a right. You have access to each channel for independant proccessing if you like.

You can hook the left input to one EQ and then add another EQ and hook the right input to the second EQ and EQ each channel of the stereo signal seperately if you like. Or put a delay of EQ on only one channel.
