I think this whole thread is just silly. Those who don't like Studio One just can't help themselves but talk bad about it, maybe because they are butt-hurt that their host didn't win(don't deny it, you know it is true). Others slag off "awards" because of conspiracies about awards going to the highest bidder(maybe they do, but you can't prove it). Then you get the Mac vs. PC debate, with PC users saying something and the Mac users finding it offensive, so they come back and say something that upsets PC users, while committing the same arrogance that the PC users started with. All the while, nobody will just state the truth in that both Windows 10 and OSX are pretty stable, and almost every single instability problem is caused by hardware and driver combinations. Don't tell me one is more stable than the other. It just isn't true.

Good for Studio One winning the award. Does it matter? Probably not. Is it cool for someone to win who isn't one of the "old guard"? Sure it is. But again, should that offend anyone? I sure hope not, or you are REALLY insecure about your host choice(again, don't deny it, you know it is true).

I use Studio One(though it isn't my only host I use regularly). I am a PC user. And since Studio One is now the DAW of the year, and the PC is definitely the better platform(ya know, you WOULD be surprised how many developers do not prefer to develop for Mac, and it is a known fact that Safari is the new IE- seriously), can we just get on with it and stop getting offended already?

(I don't really care. But I can't help but have a little fun with the ridiculousness of how people get offended around here, or on the internet in general. I hope your host wins next so I can scream about conspiracies and instability on my platform! It will be fun!)
My host is better than your host

Or D) People have varying degrees of reasons to post IN A FORUM where you are relatively free to do so and then do that thing. Maybe they are not all in agreement.

Just a thought.

Nope, not acceptable. I mean, I clearly stated that you shouldn't be allowed to post in a forum if you have reason to do so.

You either agree, or don't post silly things in a forum. I'll stand by my original time where I said that....

Brent

(and if you weren't talking to me, I have to ask why not? Am I not important enough to warrant your agreement?)

Sheesh. It was a bleeding poll folks. Like was said earlier... there is no DAW without some issues.

Not the best silly/funny I've seen, but I'll give it a pass.

Well now I'm just sad. I don't even know why. I'm done posting on forums forever, and I blame myself for such failures.

Is this a known solution? Should it be more known?
