I posted this in the Reaper forums thinking it was a problem with Reaper, but I tested it in Ableton Live and the problem persists there. Sorry if this is a known issue.
If you save a default preset in your DAW for Diva with the quality and offline accuracy on anything other than "great" and "same" respectively, they get set back to those settings upon reloading a preset or duplicating/copying the fx or track.
How to recreate:
- Make a track and put an instance of Diva on it.
- Set the quality to "divine" and the offline accuracy to "best"
- Duplicate the track, or make another track and copy the instance of Diva over.
The quality and offline accuracy should turn back to "great" and "same."
Diva doesn't recall quality settings.

Yes, the default preset settings currently do not set parameters that we recall per instance. Those are parameters like the Quality one, but also UI size, tape stickers in Presswerk and a few others.
We're slowly moving the default choice of those into the preferences panel.
