I used the 'parameter modulation' module in Numerology this weekend to modulate parameters in Zebra. It works great - I hadn't realized previously that I could circumvent using MIDI controllers to use this method, which is much simpler and powerful. It accesses the Zebra parameters directly through the AU interface, apparently.
The one complaint I have about this is that the list of parameters doesn't give enough information to easily find the one you want to modify. For instance, the first parameter that I tried to modify was sync tune for oscillator 2. But, there is this extremely long list of parameters, with 'sync tune' appearing several times. You have to try to tell by the order of the parameters which oscillator it relates to.
This function would be much easier to use if the text supplied for this parameter list supplied the contextual information for the parameters, e.g. 'oscillator 1 sync tune'. I am assuming that it is Zebra that is supplying this list and the related mod info - it appeared similarly in another program.

hehe Gene, I noticed your discussion of this in Sidereal. you might want to browse down a few posts for a topic by yours truly on the same thing.

LOL! That you did! Exactly the same question. Yeah, Jim said he plans to support clumps soon (I think that's what he said - I'll have to look again). But don't you find that even with this annoyance, this works better than trying to set up MIDI mods in Zebra?

Agreed, I tend to use the Param Mod more times than MIDI learn.
