So I decided to cancel my subscription to Beat Magazine

Main reasons is that I can only pay renewal via bank transfer (not paypal). And It takes almost a month to get the mag now, I got the issue that was published january 1st just today. And didn't even get the previous issue. Weird, even bypassing airmail, the ferry from Oslo to Kiel takes just 20 hours, and from there one is able to get to every corner of Norway by train in less than 24 hours

Fascinatingly the letter about subscription renewal arrived here in only a couple of days though (sent Jan 27 from Hamburg)

So I guess the people working with sending out sub renewal letters should learn the guys working with sending out the mags a couple of things about how to speed things up!

When they get round to offering some online portal for the DVD content, I shall think about resubscribing

The thing that separates this deal from previous ones (which indeed were better) is this one gives customers a free upgrade to Chromaphone 2. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have posted it.
