Idea for manuals and hover over mouse help hints

Hi Vojtech,

what do you think about a primary user guide, which includes the description about things, which are always the same in every Melda plugin, instead of inserting these informations in every manual!? The pdf wouldn´t be that oversized and no more repitions.

A bigger one: What about hover over mouse hints instead of the questionmarks inside the gui or as extra feature.

You can hover your mouse over any control and CTRL + H to show info/help.
