Assuming you'll see more or less what I see: on the downloads page, there's a big gold rectangle with the words "Looking for the latest version of Tracktion 6?" on it in black text. Just underneath there are some options in white. Click the one you like best.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

Thanks for the reply. I am using the link to get a free trial. I get the choice of operating systems but only one version on each. The download page is for registered users. I did try to set up an account anyway in case I could download from there but the submit button doesn't work.

Have a word here: support@tracktion.com
The website has just been revamped and something might have gone astray.

The demo download is only the 32 bit version - we found we had a lot of folk getting confused last year about the bit rates, so we chose to keep it as simple as possible for the demo - licensed users get both of course

Thanks for letting me know. You can never please everyone but thats a pity. I no longer have any 32 bit plugins on my system so it's not really possible for me to demo T6 properly.

That's backward!!
Oh well, no more customer-friendly Tracktion Corp.! No more public download area ...
An abomination of a website that is all style and very little substance, all geared towards the glitzy hipster crowd ...
I shudder to think what kind of BS T7 will bring ...!!
I think I'll pass ..!!

Goodness - somebody got up an the wrong side of the bed - we think it would be backward to ignore the common issues that users face and evolving processes to remedy. Grumpy forum trolls fortunately don't sway us

Decided to demo T6 and ran into this same problem. However, I found that if you just replace 32 with 64 in the download link you can get the 64bit installer. Hope this helps anyone else that is looking for an x64 version.

Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

All you have to do is create an account when you download the free version, and then log back in and go to the downloads page..well, maybe it wasn't there on Jan 09..who knows?
