can someone try to reproduce the following behaviour... on Ubuntu

Open the DSP meter,and try to drag the window somwhere else, when running Bitwig in Fullscreen.

On my maschine the DSP meter window can´t be moved or closed via the close Button.

My Maschine: Samsung Series 5 Ultrabook, 8gb RAM, SSD, Intel HD 4000, OS: Ubuntu 14.04

it seems to be Unity related, cause gnome3 does not cause such behavior.

I had issues with the inspector panel not showing its content
and a project beeing out of groove/ timing.
1.3.6 works fine for me!

First I want to say many thanks!!! Many of "my" issues being adressed with this update!

+ switching through preference tabs using touch is a breeze now!

+ wasn't my request the unified side panels in tablet mode! big up!
Unfortunately not having too much time to test ATM :/ especially the API stuff

but will do ASA I can.

Just one thing:
I think the radial menu in the popup browser isn't working as supposed.
E.g. for device browsing:
When I press on a device it immediately inserts/hot-swaps the device i press on. Normally a gesture to the left should be necessary to actually insert/swap it.
Also when I scroll through the device list very quickly (by swiping up/down multiple times) it can occur that the popup browser suddenly closes. (maybe that is related to thes other issue I reported).
(on Surface Pro 4)

Visual bug: notes hanging out of the arranger clips and waveforms are not right either.

FIXED - Controller API: cursorTrack.addCanSelectNextObserver reports the same value as addCanSelectPreviousObserver.

It no longer reports the same value as -Previous but it still does not become false when you reach the last track with a cursor track.

FIXED - Controller API: macros of devices in FX slots cannot be accessed when slot is closed in the GUI.

It is still broken, but slightly different: When you load a new project or reload the controller script, you still can't access the macros in nested devices.
The only improvement is, if you open them by hand and then close them again, you then can still access them.
But the main problem remains unsolved.

(I wrote this to Volker directly as well, but wanted to document it here for fellow script writers).

Had that happen to me recently but wasn't sure what caused it. Proper headache this one.

Please write this to the support as well. I have contacted the Bitwig team about it, and from the reply I got back it seemed like the bug isn't really on their radar yet. Several people on the forums and in the Facebook usergroup have reported this already. I hope it gets addressed soon. :

THanks to the devs ! Can't wait to try the new PDC algorithms since i've had some issues with it lately ! especially with some waves plug ins : for example if a put the pitch soundshifter plug in by wave on a track, it starts messing around with all the other automations on all the other track ! maybe this was fixed !

FIXED - Controller API: crash when diving into FX layers using Push4Bitwig script.

Now its getting out.. But i just know one day it will be fixed!

And cant select devices in the layers on push.

Yes we now show visual indications for notes that are truncated. This also helps to understand playback of the notes as a note can start in one clip and continue in another clip (e.g if you use the knife tool on a clip that splits a note in half)
