Hello,

I would like to buy your lastest plugins (Egoist, Obscurium) but I can't do it.

My 3 plugins (AAX version) Effectrix 1.4.3, Looperator 1.0.1 and Wow 2.1.3 crash my Protools when I load them...

=> 220 € : I can't use them... :(

I use many others manufacturers plugins but Sugar-Bytes plugins are the only ones to crash my Protools.

Windows 7 64bits + Protools 11 => Crash
Windows 10 64bits + Protools 12 => Crash

Sorry for my poor English...

Hi ArthurusRex,

are the standalone versions running? The serials are marked as valid in the about screens?

First, I recommend to delete the Effectrix.aaxplugin, Looperator.aaxplugin and Wow.aaxplugin files from.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

(Do the same for the AAX file in case you copied it to another plugin folder you specified in Pro Tools.)

Then start Pro Tools, close it again. After that please download and install the latest versions again.
Please double check that you enter the correct serials by hand. Especially make sure that there are not white spaces when copy/paste the serial.

If it's still not working, could you please send us the related crashlog to support@sugar-bytes.de?
This would help us a lot to figure out what's going wrong.

Best,
Nadine

I did exactly all what you said and it works perfectly :)

I can go take a look at Egoist and Obscurium.

Thank you very much Nadine and Sugar Bytes !

(... And thank you Google Translate... ^^)
