Thanks for the help but that takes you straight back to the portal which won't open what the hell is going on is anybodys guess,will try and get a dealer here in UK to try and help,what a pile of crap.

It opened for me (W10). Took a few seconds, but then it let me download a zip file.

Yes there's something wrong at this end,however I've got the drivers from main agent.I've been using 1640 onyx with windows XP ok.I would like to use a Lenova thinkpad T400 on windows 7.When I try to install the drivers I'm asked to connect the mixer which it is.When I open Tracktion 6 settings Mackie ASIO is missing.I wondered if installing an express card would make any difference as it is a 6 pin powered supply but main agent could not verify this.I also have a Presonus mixer which works with the installed firewire connector on the Thinkpad,any suggestions greatfully received.
