- Open Bitwig with initial session (one audio + one instrument track)
- create a group track
- delete that group track with right click -> delete
- complete crash

ps. also happens with other sessions..
I can't reproduce that. We did get some crash reports come in due to the controller API. It could be a script you have connected that causes the crash. To confirm if this is the case you could remove controllers in your preferences.

ok, yes..it works when removing the OSC4Bitwig script.

I also tested this in Windows7. When all midi controllers were switched off, deleting the group track finished without errors.
If I had Push and another controller switched on then BWS froze.
If just this normal-keyboard controller was switched on, deleting group track was succesful.

Now that I know this I can just avoid deleting group tracks, but it's probably not the best solution.
Is there something wrong in Push controller script that will be corrected?

Post

same on win10x64 BWS+Push, create a group track + delete it = crash (working if Push is switched off)

Another one with the Push script: Deactivating a track while "show deactivated tracks" is turned off crashes BWS

And another push thing.

When load VSTi on track, and switch to drumview on push, press octave up/down and slap a pad BOEM :drunk: . crash.

Copy volume shaper crashes a lot for me, first try in video. Sometimes this happesn with native bitwig devices and spire, i dont use so many thirdparties...

Push4Bitwig crashes are fixed for the next update, was technically all the same issue.
