Is it possible to add MSEGs as modulators?

It most certainly is.
Just click on the knob labelled with "..." next to the parameter you want to modulate, then select your MSEG of choice from the list and turn up the modulation amount.
Or go through the Modulation Matrix, switch a slot's Mod source to your desired MSEG and drag the Target box directly onto the parameter you want to modulate.

I tried it here before/while posting, worked just fine.
Could you give me a step to step description of what you're doing, what you'd expect to happen and what doesn't happen?

mmm strange, only LFO works here.
I add filter, and set modulation to cutoff, i tried via matrix and regular Modepth1. I set filter down a bit and increase the attack in mseg. Nothing changes, cutoff behaves the same as there would be no modulation.

Oh didnt knew that...
Maybe it is possible to make possible to add a feature wich make zebrify to work without midi triggering?

If you want to use it like a LFO try to right click on the first breakpoint of the MSEG an set it to loop start... works for me.
