Does the glide in Hive not have a retrigger mode? If someone could point me to it that'd be awesome...if not, consider this a feature request :)

Not 100% sure what you mean, but glide behaviour is also dependant on the voice 'Mode' (the parameter next to the HIVE name, top left).
