Best formant filters methods?

Hey,

i'm looking for methods on how to achieve these talking filter sound with any of the u-he plugins. Wich one would work best? Maybe we can share some nice technics in here for inspiration on this sound. I saw a video about how to do it with EQs after the synth, but i thought there might be better ways.
