Has the T7 'why no colour editor' thread been deleted? why and by whom?
Is the discussion about that unwanted or am I missing something?

Is this how things are handled here? I thought the thread contributions where serious feedbacks and polite... no need to delete anything but be grateful.

I emailed them to inquire about this.

It would have been deleted by a Mod, and I'm sure there's a good reason for it.

thanks for the link and quote.

I will ask them privately but my gut feeling tells me that this was not right because I was reading all those few posted contributions and they were really fine.... and it is a big issue.
I understood the developers point as well ... and it was time to get into some conversation.
And then pooof.... gone.

I can't recall any weird or arbitrary thread deletions before, which is why I'm confident there's a good reason for it. And you're right, it seems to be a hot topic at the moment. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

I remember that when T5 or T6 came out, there was no more a "color (colour ?) editor", but it came back after a while in a minor update.
I'm sure the TSC guys are working to bring it back ASAP. They were certainly too impatient to launch T7, it's such a great update !

My thread asking where the color editor was located in T7 was deleted as well.

Me giving them $30 for the upgrade is deleted as well. Poor color scheme.
