Not that of biggy, but thought mentioning it.

Hi Moss,
I really appreciate the work you have done - using Push4bitwig far exceeds my expectations.
I was just wondering if/when it would be possible to implement "Create Scene from Currently Playing Clips" - it's a function from Ableton that I really miss when improvising.
Thank you!
Adrienne

I looked into this a while ago but could not make it work. Needs some API extensions.tusk wrote: I was just wondering if/when it would be possible to implement "Create Scene from Currently Playing Clips" - it's a function from Ableton that I really miss when improvising.

Hi, wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a way to edit note length, velocity, nudge, notes in the step sequencer like in Ableton when you hold down the note?
Cheers!

Hey Moss,
Just wondering if this already is on your radar reg. Push2 script:
A lot of times when switching from an Audio track back to an Instrument track the Push pads still reflects the Clip view and not Piano. Which is a shame because I always end up messing clip lengths when I accidentally already play the pads as I think I'm on the instrument track.
To get proper piano pads I have to switch back and forth between audio / insturment tracks. Sometimes it doesn't even go back to piano mode for a track at all and I have move the instrument track into a group of other instrument tracks to make it work.
Hope you can help

Just create few instrument tracks with different vsti's and try to navigate between tracks. You will get clip edit mode very soon.
Switching method does not matter. You can switch through the Push or mouse in Bitwig Studio.

Since I could not reproduce this with 1.3.6, I assume this one slipped in during 1.3.8 RC X:mrfrenkie wrote:Just create few instrument tracks with different vsti's and try to navigate between tracks. You will get clip edit mode very soon.

The Launchpad has a fader mode, where you can use the buttons as faders. On the Pro, the press velocity also impacts the speed of change. Would it be possible to implement that feature to Push? It would give possibility for quick drastic changes. In my opinion it is not easy to estimate the change in values with knob twist.
Double click on Device would give macros/device, double click on volume would give volume faders, etc.
