Have you tried just altering the font on the General Behaviour tab? It can make quite a difference.

Yeah but all the one's I've tried seem to come out smaller, not larger (at least in the parts that count like filter names). So far default remains the best (not even Arial Unicode)

I assume they're just whatever is on the PC. I have one called Arial Rounded MT Bold which is visible from outer space.

I have a few which, amusingly, make all the text disappear. There are some which are unbelievably bad - eg: Gigi, Parchment, etc.

+1 here, with Jabe's font suggestion (Arial Rounded MT Bold on MacBook Pro 15', font coming surely from Microsoft Word)

I've had real problems for reading words in the edit page of T7. The recommended font by Jabe makes my day. It's really better ! All words are now easily readable...

Tried it - it makes the text in the project tab bigger but too thick for me, but the text in the edit tab like for filters isn't much better than the default - it's that I really want larger, several fonts make the text in the projects tab bigger but that view isn't the problem for me. I love the new look but do agree there are elements that are smaller and harder to read than in T6.

When using 'save preset', if the preset has a name already it should be used as a default. Better yet if it addsan autoincrementing number, to save multiple versions of a preset. This is how S1 does it. Anything else feels like extra work. We are talking about tools, tools should be made to save work

What are the chances that any of these preset-related features get implemented in the near future? I would hate it if I expend a gazillion keypresses and mouse clicks to get a few thousand presets into the system, only to learn that the new update provides an easy import.

I think, a true midi editor , with some ideas :
* Cool and easy tool to editing (transpose octave +1/-1, mirror effect, Quantize, Humanise)
* Harmony and Modes editing => choose scales and the editing is only with this scales notes.
* Chord progression data base for scales
* Cadence database
