My suggestion would be, for those that want to talk about marketing and stuff like that, to open a new thread with the title: PreSonus Studio One Marketing and post there as much as you want, it's not ok to pollute every thread about Studio One about stuff that isn't related to the actual topic. It's starting to be boring reading the same thing in every Studio One related topic.

Every time I give up reading such threads because it was a waste of time since more than 80% of post were about marketing and other things like that and not about what the title suggested.

Sorry to arrive so late .... so, this thread is not the place to go to find out about Studio One 3.2, I guess... I feel so embarrassed ... like I was expecting to be seated at a legal wedding, but stumbled into divorce court by mistake

Anyway, here is my unsolicited thinking re the "Everything You Want To Know" video.

1. People were specualtion for 10-14 days, wondering what was new, or changed , and predictably here arguing about it before anyone even saw it.

2. They too had invited people to speculate on their web site, and there were ongoing chats there about it.

3. They simply made a video talking about the new features, since as someone here mentioned, some of them are beta testers and would know way more about it on release day.

Depsite the Conspiracy theories, it appeared to be nothing more than that, those guys just making a video saying...

"Ok, you've specualted for a couple of weeks and here is everything you wanted to know..." about 3.2?

That was my take on it. "Hey, you guys have been aking for two weeks -so here is a vid telling you everything you want to know (about the new stuff)." Imo, nothing more.

I guess KVR members love more to be off topic than on topic. Since I see most people here are like that, I must change my behavior around here. I was suggesting that for the sake of having adult conversations with useful information, but I can play childish if needed.

Btw, bungle, what you do is called marketing too, you know? Speaking bad about something, you are actually promoting the competition. Seems you are as bad as PreSonus, maybe even worst since you are promoting more than just one app. How much do you get from Steinberg/Ableton/Propellerhead/Cockos/Apple/Bitwig and others?

True, PreSonus is really nasty boy. How do they dare using marketing to sell their products? Shame on you, PreSonus!

To make it clear, I question an "Expert" telling "Everything" on v3.2.
I do not question Studo One, the Presonus forum and/or Studio One users.

Referring back to the OP.

Studio One Expert is a pretty good site. Lots of helpful tips, insights and reviews.

It's nice they give their stuff free too.

Kudos to them.

I suggest we turn to something more relevant and amicable, such as gender politics, gun control , abortion, socialism vs. capitalism, Israel / Palestine, and other things where people are happy to change their views, and shed/absorb only light, never heat

Studio One Expert is a pretty good site. Lots of helpful tips, insights and reviews.

Those guys (not all the same exact guys but the owners) run 5 websites IIRC. The company is Premium Production Expert. They run the PT Expert, Logic Expert, Ableton Live Expert, Reason Expert & Studio One Expert websites ... so if they're "paid shills" (?) for company advertising departments they're really making out like fat cats.

It's a commercial enterprise ... (see the music gear related ads literally all over their various sites just like here on KVR?) ... so... of course they'd be constantly trying to drive traffic to their websites.

So much for conspiracy theories.

What?! I can't believe this... I hope it's not the case because that's even more evil than the actual marketing they do.

On topic: I kinda like their youtube channels, I'm a subscriber for both ProTools and Studio One Experts. I kinda like the ProTools one more because they are featuring plugins too, but they both are worth keeping an eye on.

It does make me wonder how some people can even bring themselves to visit, let alone log into, KVR. Seeing as how it is just one huge marketing exercise

I thought the OP's link to the video was helpful as an overview of the big changes that were in v3.2 ...

What big changes ?
Other than the utter nonsense console thing, the rest are very procedural evolutions of what is already there, not really big changes, just very very good updates of pre 3.2 features.
