Are you suggesting synthesis or building on the Stand-In Piano? (App/ Library/ Sample/ Tones/ Pianos/ Stand-in Piano). Also, there are many free piano samples:

building a Bright Piano i dont know how so thought someone would help me like build one for me i would have no idea thank you for the links very helpful but i would like to keep it inside mulab
and just wanto ba able to control the bright echo compression and the eq

The Stand In Piano instrument samples are inside MuLab 7 already, in that path. You can make it "bright" as you describe, with the MultiSampla Filter Envelope and the ECS Channel in one Effects slot and MuEcho in the other. I just tried it with one sample and it sounds quite nice!
EDIT: The "Harp Piano" in Instruments/Keys even has a Brightness parameter on the front panel that changes the Amplitude (& Curve) of the Filter Envelope -- a lot of flexibility. (I like piano so its fun for me to revisit these instruments)
