Neo Soul Keys, how to buy ?

Hi sisters and brothers.
By chance, I found incredibly nice electric piano banks for Kontakt in my receptor trio from Neo Soul Keys. They are displayed as demos, but I can play them, I don't know how long.
I went to their website, but here is what I get when I click the "buy now" link :
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
So, how do I get them?

Have you Registered Your copy of Koplete at Native instruments, and opened an account at the NI website?
Once you have done that you can buy a seriel number for neo soul and register it.
If i where you i would choose the "register offline" option if you let your receptor update Komplete it will mess up everything as The receptor is not yet compatible with the latest software from NI.
you can find info at muse support or on this forum about the procedure for registering offline.

Dear Andy. Yes, I do have an account at NI. However, I have Komplete on my receptor and Komplete 10 on my PC. I hope I can get a serial number for both versions.
So do you mean I would have to get it from NI's website, and not from NeoSoul?

Hmmm. Just checked at native instruments, but haven't found anything other than the great George Duque sold treasure, which I already have.
NeoSoul is not from native instruments, yet it is available on the receptor as a demo bank.

Have it Just buy it online .They will send the seriel number and library, you only need the seriel nr for your receptor.
I dont knowe if Komplete 10 has neo included but you can download the library anyway so no probs there.
To register on pc just use online reg.
For receptor use offline reg like i said.
