T7 tag menu needs to know the alphabet

Can you make it possible to sort the tag based menu alphabetically please because it seems to be just sorting them by the order I added plugins - new plugins are at the bottom.

Also the plugin list in settings needs to be sortable by tags

Hope this may work with the custom plugin menu, but out of luck here.

Yeah a 'sort alphabetically' option added to all the tag/custom menu selectors is needed.
Plus the plugin list in settings needs to be sortable by tags because that's the only way to group plugins by tags if you want to change all the tags at the same time (which you can't do in the browser because multi editing is not possible there)
