I would like to check how these work. For example, given this graph:

Image

Does that mean that the base Processor 1 Threshold in -40dB but actually different Thresholds are applied at different spectral frequencies? For example, -27db at 500Hz).

I did see that the whole lot can be moved up / down by adjusting the value in the Processor panel.

Does the same goes for the Attack and Release graphs too?

I dont know if it has been asked before, but:

1-would you consider instead increasing the size of the graph (as with MDynaEq) (can we make that graph floating? havent found how yet), and incorporate a sonogram? (is it a CPU problem? In that case, the user would have the choice to use it or not)

2-In conjunction with Free-form graphm adding ''bell/shelf/plateau''etc.. band as MDynaEQ so we can more easily setup the graph points? (I dont have a wacom tablet)

3-Unless, with dots and angular shapes, does abrupt edge can make drastic change on sound (as with HardKnee vs SoftKnee?)

Thats the main reason why I stay with MDynaEQ, the graph seems in a way more flexible and easy to use, but we lose all the naturally of ''per-Hz treatment'' that MSpectral has to offer

(I use alot Sidechaining to mix, no boost just cutting conflicts so having really precise graph is a must (I mean, its hard to isolate specific frequencies in MSpectral))

Thx!

1- Sorry, no. But you can resize the plugin + smaller the bottom graph to make the top one as big as possible.

2- Sorry, no again. After all you can literally "draw" it. If you don't know how, please check this tutorial:

3- Shouldn't be that bad. After all, if you need to ask me that, you probably don't hear it ;). Just listen for any ringing.
