I would like to recreate a couple sounds they used in the following songs:
first 20 seconds into the song and during the choruses ^
around the 2:00 in that song^
How can i recreate these sounds in sylenth?

If it is a sound that can be made with a subtractive synth in the first place, it doesn't matter whether you use Sylenth, Spire, Dune, etc. The instructions will be general and not limited to Sylenth.
