Been a while since i've been back here (as youll see) but having trouble getting my receptor to upgrade.
I have a receptor 2 Pro running software version 1.8.2008... Trying to upgrade to the most recent 1.9 version if possible (Ultimate goal is getting Komplete 8 on it)
Understanding the necessity to have the most recent 1.8 version before 1.9 I've tried to install 1.8.2009423 which has failed as well as 1.8.20100623. Is there a prior version I cannot find or is not listed that allows the jump from 1.8.2008... to 1.8.2009 and ultimately 1.8.201 then 1.9...
Any help would be appreciated!

Have a receptor 2pro
If it can only go to 1.8 shouldn't it be able to get the latest 1.8 software?

Receptor 2 Pro can be upgraded to 1.9 for sure.
My understanding is that you MUST install upgrades in version order.
So 1.8.20090430 has to succeed before you can do the next one.
Let us know your EXACT current system version.
Then try the 1.8.20090430 upgrade again.
If it fails (again), what do your system logs say?

Will pull it up tonight when I get back
It's a 1.8.2008.. I didn't notice any available files that would be the logical transition between 1.8.2008 and 1.8.2009

Where would I see the system log, also, assume the file should have the. Txt extension after when dropped in installers? Tried it with and without the extension and both failed
