HoRNet wrote:Hi, just to add a little bit of tech detail here:

- Chorus I+II in the original Juno60 schematic is not a chorus effect but a tremolo one with a slight detune

- Chorus I LFO is set at 0.5Hz, while Chorus II is set to 0.8Hz. that's the only difference between the two "presets" (it's the same difference you find in the original Juno60) you can hear a sample here:

if you want more technical detail on the circuit modeled here, I'll gladly provide them!

Sorry for the late reply, had forgotten about this thread here since you have already explained it to me by mail.
Not sure what to think of it, though. I am not technical enough to say much about it, I can only tell how it sounds to me. And it sounded wrong to me. But if that is the way it is supposed to sound according to Roland's design, so be it :)

But I suppose I am not the only one who thinks that way, I found this meanwhile:

That JohnKenn guy, who seems to know the original Juno synth, got a similar impression I did :ud:

Maybe there were other things going on in the Juno synth, here for instance someone mentions a built-in bass boost:

Does anybody need a $/€50 Bitwig voucher? I'm not planning on using mine, and rather than leaving it to wither away I think it'd be better to give it to someone who will use it (not sell it).

Voucher is gone now.

Only if you own the Nektar controller, they check it manually, I know that

Easier to get a license from Beat serial center, issue 120 or there abouts
Still worth trying. I submitted one yesterday and got a serial today from nektar without owning a controller

Still, they can approach you in a couple of days and ask you for the serial number of your Nektar-controller or something like that... May be unlikely, but for me it wouldn't be worth any risk.

Already had bad experiences today? I was thinking there's no such thing like fooling around when it comes down to business ;)

No, so far this day has been pretty good, I got more than $650 back from the taxman

I got SC RingMod and a decent Steinway sample lib from TrackSpark for a couple of dollars

It's too good, karmawise I'm waiting for the lighting strike to happen

I checked this out yesterday and can swear CLA-3A was at $49... Was I dreaming?
Was it Uncle E's idea of a cruel joke? :)

I really wanted it to complement my CLA-2A...
