FR: MIDI Entry for Notes in module settings

There are several of modules that take notes for settings (Note Key/Vel filter, Note Despatcher, etc).

It would be nice if you could click the setting you want to change then tap a note on your MIDI device and have that note be used.

It would help avoid the Middle C = 60 = C3 or C4 confusion if you could just press the note you mean: you'd get visual feedback as to what MuLab thought it was.
