Bitwig/Live ... Well hmmmm ? 1. are you using the arrange view to compose in Bitwig or Live ? 2. or are you using session view to launch and record clips/loops to be recorded into arrange view to make your song . If you use Bitwig or Live in scenario 1. then Tracktion would be a great alternative . But if you use scenario 2. then NO ........ FR : Tracktion has the ability to have many songs and projects open at the same time . Maybe in the future it would be able to have an option to have CLIPS with one shots or loop mode to be assigned to notes on a keyboard , much like session view . It be cool to have a session view type project open and then be able to track it into an empty project that is opened , just an idea here ?

Ok, something I'll play around with later this week then.
It was there all the time! Simply changing the '32' to '64' in the DL-link did it!

There's an entire Tracktion forum not far from here. That kind of thing would have been more noticeable there. Do drop in sometime!incubus wrote:Why didn't someone say somethingLooking back the last time it was mentioned they had not.

[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

True, but only because news hadn't spread everywhere that T2 had been superceded!incubus wrote:Thanks!
But it seems that there are a lot of conversations there that are for older products.

Oh the woes of vst land
Actually, I'm really liking the couple of days I've spent with it. So far (knock on wood) it's going fairly smoothly (except the biotek weird thing) Probably just want zebra and what I have.
But the constant headache of vst's, windows up the ying and figuring out how to direct the downloads......

Better think about upgrading your old gear:
HEADS UP!... As part of our ongoing product lifecycle management, Tracktion DAW versions T1, T2, T3 and T4 will be discontinued as of June 1, 2016. Upgrades to T7 will be available for these legacy versions until that time but not after.
While T4 FREE will still be available after June 1st, it is not eligible for discounted upgrades as usual. We recommend upgrading to T7 before June 1st to assure an unbroken upgrade path.
