Anyone using Steven Slate Trigger 2 with Tracktion 7 ?

I've sent technical report's to both the Tracktion team and the Slate Digital team and each say its the others fault. The Slate team at least said if the Tracktion people would contact them, they would together try and get the issue resolved. I relayed this to the Tracktion support via my "support ticket" and have never go a response. And I know I'm not the only Tracktion user who has the issue with Slates Trigger 2. I and others have tried everything to get them working together.

My question is, is there anyone using Trigger 2 with Tracktion 7 ? I would pay the upgrade price if its fixed. But if the two still don't play nice together, what's the point of me flushing money down the shitter. How about it Tracktion team do they work together ? The Slate team will send you Trigger 2 to troubleshoot with, or use the demo version. Make a long time Tractioneer happy !!!

Hi there, can you provide the number of the support ticket so I can check the progress of this please? We usually reply to all tickets within a couple of days so there's a chance this may have gone to your junk folder.

We would also really like to get the compatibility problems with Slate plugins sorted once and for all.

A workaround is to open an instance of Trigger2 within Metaplugin.

Place Metaplugin on a channel and then open an instance of T2 from within Metaplugin (you navigate the browser to the dll.)

Don't ask me why it works but it does; it renders many otherwise "incompatible" vsts fully functional.

TRY THE DEMO FIRST

I would prefer that T2 ran without such a workaround, but . . . . .

I cant log into Tracktion support to retrieve the ticket. Weird, my support account is gone. "The Old guy" had a ticket open for the same issue. Seems Rjlaw has the same issue too, but found a temporary work around. Do I need to create another support account and ticket, or can you guys just look into it and post back here ?
