I guess I'm just not familiar enough with what any "standard" might be for modular synths, but the Zebra2/HZ interface suits me just fine. I like it.

I go between the standard skin and Massive Modular, depending on what I'm doing.

Well for Zebra2 I prefer LFO8's skin.

Zebra2 does my Wavetable FM stuff while HZ gets dual Divas for real time parameter modulation and my Sync Wah Wah Death Pedal sounds.

I've heard other people say similar in that they normally don't spend money on skins, but this one is just so pleasant to look at that it's worth spending the $25 on. That's my excuse, too.

I just love the look of it, not that original Zebra2 is bad.

That's about the long and the short of it.

one question, perhaps it was discuss before,
does zebra 3 will have voice vca comp (like in zeb Hz) ?
(i'm interesting in buying the dark zebra but i can wait zeb3....)

Yes, someone said Zebra 3 will have the polyphonic compressors, I believe.

If you buy Zebra HZ now, you'll get Zebra 3 for free, by the way, so there is no reason to wait (at least if I remember correctly)

But yes, the per-voice compressors are a great concept that I always wanted to do in Z3.

You don't have them in standard Zebra 2. You have them in ZebraHZ - The Dark Zebra.
