Personally I think 500 MuSynth presets would be better, I'm no sound designer though so don't ask! Though once I've finished those Roland sounds I'll pass them on.

The fun thing about community donations is that you have as long as you want! You have full freedom here! That's why we post our quirky, crazy, and often times amazing patches/ideas here. That way, everyone can see what can be done and use something that they may not have thought of. For example, SYNTAI-X has been a personal favorite of mine for leads and progressions. Whilst I use Wavework (Which includes AndreasD's pink noise module) for ambiences and pads.

Also, KVR has a sound-design forum for non-Mulab/MUX sound adventures.

So the direct answer: as long as you need/want!
