biotek plus ableton live

Hi,
- inserting 32 bit biotek into a midi slot
- selcting an instrument in biotek with Arpegiator 'On' and 'Latch' enabled.
- recordings some stuff

now when pushing the clip launch button in ableton the item will be played, but when hitting click stop button biotek will not stop.
It is not to accept that the Latch button state in biotek is overwriting the the live stop command.
Can anyone confirm?
