How To Modulate OSC Wave Index With LFO?

I'm trying to figure out a way to do this but I'm not seeing one. I can map a MIDI controller to the index but can't see any way of modulating it with an LFO.
Is there some way or is this something that MUX is currently not capable of handling?
Thanks.

Connect the output of an LFO to the "Wave Index" modulation input of the Multi-Form Oscillator. Just like setting up vibrato = pitch modulation = first modulation input.

Okay, you'll have to bear with me because I'm a little thick. How exactly do you do that? I see 3 yellow connectors on the multi-form osc going in. Which one is the Wave-Index one?mutools wrote:Connect the output of an LFO to the "Wave Index" modulation input of the Multi-Form Oscillator. I'm not seeing any other way to connect the LFO output to the Multi form osc.
What am I missing?
This may actually clear up a lot of individual parameters in various modules that I'd like to control via LFO but haven't yet figured out how to do it.

Just fyi: They're green. Just saying to avoid confusion communication wise.wagtunes wrote:Okay, you'll have to bear with me because I'm a little thick. How exactly do you do that? I see 3 yellow
You can hover the connections and a tool tip will tell you. It's the 3rd one.connectors on the multi-form osc going in. Which one is the Wave-Index one?
Pls also have a look at the Didgeridoo preset, it has a similar setup as what you want, only difference is that it uses a Wobble Generator instead of an LFO. So in that preset patch right-click the Wobble Generator -> Replace -> select the LFO and you're there. (as a patching example)

Ah, okay. I see it now. I'm color blind so the green connectors look yellow to me. LOL.mutools wrote:Just fyi: They're green. So I take it each module that has multiple connectors have multiple parameters modulatable via some other controller.
Got it! I knew I was missing something. Just couldn't put my finger on it and couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere in the docs.
FYI. I am having absolutely way too much fun with MUX. It is so open ended one could literally get lost in it. And unlike old modular synths that I grew up with as a kid back in the 70s, you can import samples into this thing. So the sounds you can get are unlike anything that could be produced by those huge beats.
Thanks for creating a truly amazing synth.
