Hello!!
I am trying to understand how it is possible to set a 96Khz sampling rate in Mulab if my card can only support 48Khz? I am trying to increase the playback resolution for my VST synths.
I know it's not ideal to be running at 96K but as a general question will setting Mulab at 96K have any audible effect if my card is only 48K? ? (i.e internal sampling rate)
Thanks!!
Mulab internal sampling rate vs audio card question

Thanks for replying. I am able to set the sample rate at 96K in Mulab but my card is only 48K max. Will this mean that it's in reality 48K? Thanks!

Strange that you can choose a samplerate that the device doesn't support. Which audio device is that? You're using ASIO, right?
Anyway, MuLab always uses the audio device effective samplerate. If you're in doubt which samplerate it is, render a little audio file, it will have the effective samplerate.
