Question:
Are there any non-integral reference levels? All the ones that I've seen are integer numbers (-23, -20, -14 ,-12 etc)

(finally some free time !)
I think add a target making 0 = -(something)LUFS would not work, because the "target" level of Short term, momentary and integrated aren't the same

Well, if you need 2 different target levels, you can always use 2 instancesdistante wrote:(finally some free time !)

Well normally there's just integrate guidelines regarding the main end (youtube, spotify, itunes, etc) the other two depends of the kind of work, sometimes you can have a "max hot level" of XdBFS.
The other stuff (in music at least) is the PLR but that is other history!

...indeed, "the PLR but that is another history(story)!"...it would be nice if that value were calculated and shown as well, beneath the "integrated" numerical display at the right end of the meter...but I'm afraid to ask for it just now...

I use the Limit value for that.
Here is a -17dB signal:

its peaks shows as -17dB, and the LU meters shows 6 LU (compared with the target value of -23 dB. I have set the Limit to 4 dB, so anything between -4 and 4 LU is OK and shown in green on the meters, but anything over 4 LU is not good and is shown in red.
